That appears to be the conclusion of the Biden Administration and its Department of Justice under Attorney General, Merrick Garland. As evidence, in response to a letter written to the White House from the National School Board Association (NSBA) which compared concerned parents of children in the public school system to “domestic terrorists,” the DOJ issued a memorandum calling for a sweeping mobilization of federal agencies to investigate parents upset over the teaching of critical race theory and other school policies. This mobilization includes the National Security Division and the National Threat Operations Center.
